Building has been built on stone fundament, size - 9 x 4,5 fathoms. Roof was covered with tiles, house was 424 silver roubles worth. Next to it was horse stable and cart-house - both under single tiled roof. In the drawing of J.C.Brotze (1805) there is seen massive log fence with gate, steep tiled roof is seen behind it. Brotze writes that from the side of Biekensala island there opens a beautiful view on this building - manor had wonderful garden.
