This manor house in 1720 was established by Rigan L.Stakelberg on the land which formerly belonged to Mazjumprava manor farmers Pautelis and Lilausis. Family of stakelberg used this manor up to 1780ies. Cattle was pastured in Hausmann swamp, here was extracted peat as well, in surrounding fields was sown rye and spring crops.

Stakelbergs sold manor house to innkeeper Reiter who handed it over to his son-in-law, hotel keeper Delschau in 1790. Hotel keeper paid to Riga city quitrent - 32 thalers per year. Next to the manor there was established tavern where was sold spirits purchased in Mazjumprava distillery.
