Owner of this manor house in the second half of 18th century was Riga householder Christian Konrad Raawe, who came here from Ventspils. manor house was located next to some 5 - 7 floors high Raawe sugar mill. J.C.Brotze (1.) marks that Raawe earlier built here ships as well but due to different reasons this occupation was discontinued.
After the death of C.K.Raawe in 1803 manor house was inherited by his son J.G.Raawe. After his death manor was managed by daughter Christine Gerthrud Raawe who financed operation of sugar mill with 2260 silver roubles. In 1829 sugar mill discontnued its operation.
In 1786 J.C.Brotze (1.) has shown a one floor wooden manor house at the bank of Sarkandaugava. Loghouse had square windows, tiled roof.
