Manor house has been built in early 20th century in Neo-Classicism style. In early 20th century here lived Riga city councillor, director of mortgage bank R.Baum. In 1960ies there were built multifloor apartment houses in the area of manor.
This wooden building had one floor, in middle part - also second floor, veranda. Although there is mentioned that this manor house has perished (1.), similar building is located in Kandavas Street 10.
