Unsighty wooden building is the former Helene manor. Up to the end of 1930ies owners were Girgensons (Jirgensons). At the beginning of the 20th century in the area of manor there was acting G.Girgenson factory of varnish.
Building is not similar to other manor houses in Riga - it looks like private house with simple adornments. Shady park around the manor house, causeway.
