This valuable wooden building has been built in 1886. It has suffered heavily from prolonged abandonment and fire which took place in August 2007. Owner of the building – Riga City, tenant - SIA "Mono" (agreement from 1999 for 25 years). Due to constant breach of the conditions of tenement agreement there has been started a process in February 2009 in order to terminate the tenement agreement.
